Jeremy has been heavily involved in Malaysia’s fitness scene for over a decade. Driven by an insatiable desire to cultivate educated fitness, Jeremy genuinely seeks to help trainers keep up with the latest scientifically backed training methods and principles.
He is also a Master Trainer (that means he trains trainers) for:
“Love what you do and never work a day in your life” - this was what Lead wanted. He wanted to find something he was passionate about and he found it at the gym he joined before he realised his passion lies in fitness but this realisation didn't come easy. As an overweight student during his primary and early secondary school days, Lead was often shunned for his size which made him feel inferior until the day he finally took charge of his situation to shed the pounds and train at the gym. That was the turning point when he completely fell in love with exercise and increasingly partook in all kinds of sporting activities.
He started his career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in 2012. His caliber and dedication lead him to various senior roles within the company before finally being promoted to brand manager. Lead is focused to stay on top of the fitness industry and believes that knowledge, experience and humility are key enablers of success to become a revered fitness professional. He is working hard towards his goals: he is now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and intends to specialise in Corrective Exercise (CES) and Performance Enhancement (PES) .
Natalie has always understood that proper training using the right progression, correct training methods and recovery techniques given the countless injuries she sustained during her experience as a long distance runner during her high school days and the on-the-job experience, skills and knowledge she has amassed throughout the last 5 years as a trainer.
Having been an active person all her life, Natalie embarked on her journey in the fitness industry as a fitness coach/ personal trainer in 2013, after a 4-year stint as a nurse. While the industry promotes the mentality of “no pain, no gain”, Natalie takes a more holistic approach; she believes in quality of movements and helping people move better.
Focused, ever-willing to learn and progress her skills and knowledge to empower her clients to appreciate proper form, training progression and the rationale behind the exercise they do, it is Natalie’s goal to educate her clients and share with her peers the importance of balance in body posture, efficient movement, physical and mental health.
Natalie is currently studying to be a certified NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist trainer.
